Recipe: Berry Papaya Salad

When we were picking our favorite Vitamin C serums, we were inspired to create a few Vitamin C and antioxidant rich recipes. Not only are these great for you skin, but they are delicious and low calorie. Enjoy!

Serves: 4. Prep time: 15 minutes.


3 cups Berries - 1 cup Strawberries, 1 cup Blueberries, 1 cup Blackberries (or what is fresh near you)

1 Papaya

1 tablespoon Honey

1/4 Lemon (3 wedges)

1 pinch Salt

Optional: Fresh Mint (1 Tablespoon chopped)

Serve with: alone, with ice cream, or blended with ice & your favorite protein powder.
